Short films from WHO’s Health for All Film Festival were screened on 13 December 2024 in the IARC auditorium, on the occasion of the Global Health Festival organized by the French authorities in honour of the inauguration of the WHO Academy. The screening was followed by a panel discussion on health education through film between high-level experts, including representatives from IARC and the WHO Academy. The audience was composed of WHO representatives from various French-speaking countries and members of the general public from Lyon, including health professionals and students of public health, social sciences, and cinema.
