On 3 February 2014, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) released World Cancer Report 2014, a collaboration of over 250 leading scientists from more than 40 countries, describing multiple aspects of cancer research and control. In a new video, the IARC Director, Dr Christopher P. Wild, presents key messages of the Report, emphasizing the need for prevention to address the alarming rise in cancer burden globally.
