Second module of IARC Summer School 2023 starts today: “Implementing Cancer Prevention and Early Detection”

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) Summer School 2023 starts its second module today: “Implementing Cancer Prevention and Early Detection”. It will be held online and face-to-face, for the first time in the new IARC headquarters building in Lyon.

The second module is taking place from 29 May to 30 June. The module comprises a 4-week period of preparatory work, followed by a 2-week period of live online sessions. The 35 participants will work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, facilitated by IARC faculty, and will have many opportunities to interact with experts from IARC and the World Health Organization (WHO) and other renowned international experts.

IARC is thrilled to unveil a brand-new series of public events, to be presented live online and in hybrid format during the IARC Summer School 2023. These sessions offer a unique opportunity for anyone to attend online and to learn from renowned experts. Registration is now open.
